The Collen Mashawana Foundation and MEC Dr Phophi Ramathuba paid a visit to Ha-Mudimeli in Limpopo to assess the living conditions of Meida Ramuhala on the 11th of September 2022.
Meida Ramuhala is unemployed and has been struggling with an overgrown tumor on her chin for 20 years. The tumor was finally successfully removed with the help of MEC Ramathuba. She is currently living with her child in a shack that has fallen into pieces.
During the visit from Collen Mashawana Foundation and MEC Phophi Ramathuba, Meida was accompanied by her relatives and neighbors for moral support. The Foundation has committed to assisting her with adequate housing. We believe that everyone has the right to safe and decent housing, and call for any form of sponsorship or assistance for Meida and her child.
